By reading these terms and conditions provided in this document you agree to them fully. By using this service you agree to all information you provide to us on your behalf. If you have any questions please message any of our Administration members on Discord to talk to a member of Head Administration .

These terms and conditions are here for binding to the CMS panel and other assets of the SAFR community
Agreement
By using the SAFR CMS you agree to abide by the following terms
You MAY NOT
- use the SAFR CMS for any other reason than the intended reason
- use the SAFR CMS to talk down or slander any member or applicant
- use the SAFR CMS to Impersonate members of high Administration or any other member
- Message **ANY **Administration members in order to gain privileged permissions of any kind
- Message ANY member of Administration + in order to obtain special membership badges on your profile page. Obtain them by looking through pages and documents and you will find some
- Mass Email any members without the authority of San Andreas First Responders Head Administration members.
- Disclose email addresses out to ANYONE In any country/state/territory or world
Breaking any of these may result in your account on the CMS to be permanently banned from the website and may include some SAFR Disciplinary action against your account. Disclaimer: **Any rules that SAFR holds in place will still be monitored and live on the panel. **All Terms and conditions on this site are subject to change at the discretion of the maintainers of the Community Management Panel
By becoming a website developer you can access the source code(s) for this website. it is required that you follow the below 4 terms
- Do not edit/reupload in your own GitHub or allow users to download and see the source code. It is copyrighted and you will be banned and or legal repercussions will apply
- Pirating this source code will not be tolerated and WE WILL issue a legal warning to delete all source code from your computer if we find out
- All developers shall not push merges or changes to the master without permission from Head Administration or Matthew M. A-2
- No money or entitlements shall be given out to the developers as this is a free resource
Permissions
The SAFR CMS has various permissions linked with it. If you hold any permissions you may not abuse them in any way that can be classified as breaking rules and or personal gain.
Some permissions may include:
- promoting members to a low staff level for no reason other than promotion periods and authorization is granted to do so
- Banning members from the CMS panel for no reason or without approval by Administration
- Altering any data of any kind on the panel without authorization or probable cause to do so
- Changing and or editing any ones profile without valid reasoning (Inappropriate names are exempt)

Here at SAFR we use various sites such as Discord and Google to run as a whole community and therefore cannot guarantee the use of additional sites to the domain.
SAFR has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SAFR shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service provided by SAFR NFP Community.
Security and Functions
The CMS Panel uses various methods of getting permissions from our database(s) with our service, If you have been given a special permission for example been given access to the panel (by gaining perms higher than 3) depending when the cycle starts you may have to wait 30 minutes or less to access the pages you are entitled to. This is a security measure and is to ensure that no breach(s) have been made in attempt. Any permissions given to you are not guaranteed to be an instant gain, Please be patient as the hamsters behind the scenes get your permission slips from your parents.
The CMS Panel pages have top-level security enforced in them. No API point for example a POST request on the URL /api/staff/announcement can be made without the code checking if you are A: Authenticated. B: Have a Profile Registered with us. C: Be in the correct Permission. D: Have authorization to do so. Any alleged attempts to break this system will be automatically logged and recorded for future reference and security enforcing.
The CMS Panel uses functions depending on the page. There are a few pages that may take a little longer to load as the back end is working on possibly 10+ functions (Which can take up to 2 or more seconds to complete) to ensure you have the proper experience expected during the stay on the CMS. It is also noted you may need to log in a few times before actually being logged in - This is a bug that is being worked on as you possibly read this
Some features and or functions can be running for a while without letting you know. if this is the case please do not spam reload the page to prevent multiple entries into the database.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
SAFR will collect certain information regarding your linked accounts on the assets such as;
- Email - this is provided through Discord/Google and is your responsibility to maintain
- Discord Information
- ID
- Username
- Guilds (Servers your in)[2]
- Discord Linked Email
- IP addresses (Signup compared to last used IP)
- Access Dates and or times 5. When you first sign in to use the service 6. Every additional time you sign into your profile
- Last Seen information and Last Seen URL 7. When you actively go to URLS it will log the last visited URL and the IP Used
- Game (FiveM & Steam) information 8. Information regarding your usage on FiveM on our official servers only 9. Information provided through the CMS about FiveM or Steam profile(s) 10. Steam and Discord ID(s) provided through Five M, Discord and Steam 11. Profile IDs and Unique Identifiers regarding your online activity upon official SAFR Servers
- Youtube/Vimeo or any other multi platform links in user(s) showcases page
- Google Authentication method information provided by google. - This information includes; 12. Your google Name/Profile Name. Google Unique ID (Used to ensure you are who you are)
Why is this information collected
This information is collected to create your unique SAFR profile page. This is an essential need for the safe and standard operations of SAFR Gaming. We will ensure we keep all personal information collected secure and on our Database only unless legal matters intervene
By what means is this information collected?
This information is collected via
- Third party connections such as Discord and Steam
- cookies
- web forms
- Applications
Usage and storage of information collected
we use information collected to utilize functions on the web server such as signing up to use the service and these are securely stored in our database and in your client side browser cookies signed to this site and this site only
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside America and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to America and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
SAFR will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Linking Accounts from Third Parties
We may require you to link accounts from third parties, These may include
- Steam
- Discord
When linking these services you will be required to sign in using them and link them to your account. These may be done by any member at any time but linking Google will expose your email address to Administration + Members so if you do get promoted to staff they can assign you the correct Google Drive folder wthout needing your email address.
Linking is not required until you reach the maximum rank or join special community departments.
Rights
You have a right to access the personal data we hold about you or obtain a copy of it. To do so please contact us. If you believe that the information we hold for you is incomplete or inaccurate, you may contact us to ask us to complete or correct that information.
You also have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. Please contact us if you would like us to remove your personal data.
Disclosure Of Data
SAFR may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
To comply with a legal obligation
To protect and defend the rights or property of SAFR
To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
